6 Month Program – Health and Wellness Success
Same as other program with enhanced longevity and easier transition to flying solo long term. Statistics prove that it takes at least 6 months and many times 12 months to make those changes for good. My services are not intended to be temporary solutions or a means of generating repeat business. There is no quick “fix.” There is work and there is practice until practice becomes the way you live. That’s what it takes and you are worth it.


It Ain’t All Salads
Group workshops planned for the future pending feedback from the community. Topics will center on nutrition, eating healthy on a budget, sorting out the confusion, reading labels, how to shop and stock your kitchen, and how cooking healthy is easy.
Women
Other workshops for women center around learning to sort through all the other noise to recognize, hear and trust their own voice.

12 Month Program – DPP/Prevent T2 (diabetes) Lifestyle Change
The CDC-led National Diabetes Prevention Program helps people with pre-diabetes make lasting lifestyle changes to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
What is prediabetes? Your blood sugar is higher than normal but it is not high enough to be diagnosed with diabetes (type 2 diabetes).
If you have prediabetes, you are more likely to:
- Get diabetes
- Get heart disease
- Experience a stroke

Working with a trained Lifestyle Coach in a CDC recognized organization, you’ll learn to eat healthy, add physical activity into your life, and manage stress. With other participants, you’ll celebrate successes and work to overcome challenges. Pathway of Health follows the strict curriculum of the evidence-based CDC program of lifestyle change for anyone who is at risk with pre-diabetes. You must be 18 and not pregnant to qualify for this program and you cannot have been diagnosed of diabetes. You will be attending support group meetings every week for the first six months of this program and then at least once a month (depending on your group’s preference) for the last 6 months.
